TUDELA ARTICHOKE

The Tudela artichoke, also known as “the flower of the orchard”, is produced in 33 localities of the Ribera de Navarra, with the region of Tudela as the center of gravity.

 

ASPARAGUS OF NAVARRA

Determinant in the 1980s for the development of the canning industry in Navarra, located in the Ebro Valley. There are currently 176 (plus Bardenas) municipalities in Navarre that belong to the Designation of Origin, 43 in Aragon and 38 in La Rioja.

 

PIQUILLO FROM LODOSA

From an area popularly known for the cultivation of vegetables, the peppers were preserved by roasting, peeling them dry and then packaging them so that they could be enjoyed all year round.
